Hi, you can try the troubleshoot procedure in your owner's manual to correct the current problem with your TV, if this does not fix it, then you will need to have the TV checked out by certified electronics tech. If you have some electronics training you might be able to do the troubleshooting your self, but you will need to sign in to our tech support services where you will be assigned an expert that will give you tech advice on what to look for, where to get replacement parts(if needed) and trouble shooting ideas. You will need some information needed, like..a good description of the problem.
Its the power supply!!
well i migrated to this issue from having no sound and video with just the power button illuminated. I replaced the power supply with one from an online salvage store and it worked fine for about two hours and then it shut off, turned it back on and then twenty minutes later off again...repeat... need an electronics person to trouble shoot and trace which resistors and or capacitors are overloading. anyone??
by calling the tech they will answer your problem they will verify the problem in your colour circuit, the colour crystal or other related circuit could be your problem, the tech will give you the answer.good luck.
