Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
Constant interruption of internet service due to "authentication failed" issues.
Go to the run program on your computer. in its box, type in cmd.exe. Your MS DOS will come up. type ipconfig/ release. then type ipconfig/ renew. If that does not work, try doing a system restore to an earlier time. if that does not help, google your issue. Your issue is minor. I have had that happen to me before. Once I did all three of these things that I have mentioned here, it got fixed. I did all three of them, so I cannot tell you a direct pinpoint of which one actually corrected the problem. Ohh, I also cleared out the cache of my computer and went to my hard drive properties, and cleaned up the disk. I defragmented my hard drive as well.
