It's very simple, register your vSpace software and enable the background hardware activation. I would recommend the online registration as it's the simplest and fastest. The registration can be found in the Programs fly out menu under the NComputing Group.

My ncomputing user's automatic terminal session logoff. wat can i do?

This obviously should not be happening. Make sure your vSpace software is registered and make sure the devices are getting activated. For the first 30 days after installing vSpace, it will shut off the sessions after 60 minutes until the software is registered. If you never register it, on day 31, the devices won't connect at all. Additionally, make sure the hardware background activation is enabled. That setting is in the vSpace System Console ' System Settings.

Ncomputing server 2003 hang problem when user (L230) login to server

Make sure you're on the latest vSpace software for W2K3, that version is v4.9.5 and is available on their download site. The issue you mentioned will be resolved if you update your software and register it. Make sure to enable bakground hardware activation in the system settings. That's managed through the vSpace console.

Please explain your problem better so we can help you. Download current version for yourOS from the NComputing download site, install vSpace and reboot and register. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from theprovided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the downloadfile I provided in the link. Lastly makeSURE you REGISTER vSpace. Be sure toenable the background hardware activation option. This is available on the last screen of theregistration or in the NComputing System console, under System Settings.

This sounds like an issue with an L230 not an X300. Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Nc 360 not supoting to Mercury G31 mathorboard

NComputing makes an X300, no products have a 360 number in them. The G31 should work with the X300. Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. If so, right click it and disable it. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for XP (v4.03.104.1) from here: www.ncomputing.com/download/x300. Unpack the .ZIP file and install. Reboot and register.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the download file I provided in the link. Lastly make SURE you REGISTER the CARD and the XD1 boxes.
