My DM2652RBX works fine in hot temperature however when the ouside temperature trops below ~ 20 c/70f the unit wont start on LP (it works fine on 110V) it is tring to start, lots of clicking noices but it does not fire up. The unit is new and installed on a Westland Camper.

LP: This code means "Low Pressure" or low pressure switch. Either the outside ambient temperature is below 50°F (38°F
for h/c units), which is too low for the heater to operate, or the unit is low on refrigerant. Once the outside temperature has risen above 60?F, and the LP code remains, call the factory for repair. https://ecoaquapro.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/AquaPro-Pool-Heat-Pump-Manual.pdf
When you adjust the target temperature of your Dyson Hot fan heater (shown on the LED display on the base), you're setting the target temperature you would like the room heated to. The actual temperature of airflow produced by the fan heater will not vary.
If the heater won't run below 25 degrees, this is likely to be because the temperature of the room you're in is equal to or warmer than 25 degrees. The heater will only turn itself on if the temperature drops below 25 degrees, and once the room temperature reaches this target once again, the fan will turn itself back to monitoring mode.
I've attached our Getting started video below which shows how to adjust the temperature, using the remote or the controls on the base.

When humidistat is at ouside temperature that may be a lower humidity setting than is in your home. Doesn't sound like there is a problem. If it is too dry in home you can set it above ouside temp to turn on. The ouside temp setting is estimate that you will not get condensation on windows.
this may be because due to high temperature the fuel inside may reached it flash point so gassification may occured. so no atomisation of fuel may takes which doesnt fire. this may be the reason. please keep the hood open for some time the ouside air cools it prevents fuel reaching the flash point.try not to keep the car in hot places
these units need lots of flow to start and run. Set the temp on the unit lower and the people in the shower will have to use more hot and less cold which will make the unit more stable.
Look for a water temp control on unit. Otherwise a lower temp can be attained by having a higher water flow to minimize temperature buildup in heating coil.
I have installed many heat pumps and if it is installed without and ouside temperature sensor I would not recommend running it below freezing 32 degrees farenheheit. Running a heat pump at low outside ambient temps. can hurt your compressor and that is the most expensive part of the outside unit.
If the unit is working fine in heat mode and in fan only mode, you have a short in the wiring going to the ouside unit. If it were a fan relay, then everytime the fan came on the breaker would trip. But either way, there is a low voltage short taking place in the unit. If the compressor was bad, the indoor unit would run fine and would only blow the breakers to the ouside unit. I had a unit last summer that did the same exact thing. After I replaced the control wiring to the outside unit, everything worked like a charm. Good luck!
