Mine did the same thing, only mine was at noon. Press the "FN" Key (between the left Alt. and left Ctrl Keys) and then the F11 Key. This will turn the alarm off then on again if the F11 key is pressed a second time.

I have a mx3200 cordless keyboard that has a clock and date window. The alarm clock goes off at 2:00pm how do i turn it off? Do you have a manual I can download?

got this off the logitech forum, The only instructions that I can find (which came with my relatively new pc) are on a large "Installation Guide," the most pertinent information from which is about setting the time and date: "To enter time/date setting format on the keyboard LCD, press the FN key and F10 key simultaneously." Also "LCD: Mode (F9): switch mode from Time/Date to Alarm to Timer to Character Count. Set (F10): press to set Time/Date, Alarm and Timer. Change batteries one by one to keep LCD settings. What is the loud beeping noise like an alarm when I turn the computer on? Also one of the keys is either stuck or not working at all. what can I do to solve these problems? thanks

It sounds like the key that is stuck is producing a fault condition which is causing the motherboard speaker to sound a fault code.
Try using another keyboard.
