1 Answer

Sony av remote

Thank you for any assistance available since we can't locate manuals. We have two children 3 and 5 who may have pressed something on remote and for some reason can't get it to work anymore. Have changed batteries. Lights flash but nothing seems to work. The model number listed is RM-
PP412 and it came with our receiver which is a Sony STR K850p.
thanks again...

It does not prompt you to enter your code, simply hold the 2 buttons for a few seconds, then enter the code you have. If successful, it will read remotesetup OK. Hope this helps and if you have any codes for techics cd players, let me know!

How to program my rav 300 remote

Here's how I got mine to work. FIRST THING: Once it's programmed, you use the TV function keys at the bottom of the remote for Power On, channel changing, etc. The other keys on the remote don't operate the TV.

1) Press the "code set" button with a pen or straightened paper clip
2) Press the [A] key (next to "V-AUX")
3) Enter the code

Test it by pressing the Power key in the TV section on the remote (NOT the "Source" Power" key or Main power key at the top).
