Hello, my freezer handle broke on my Maytag refrigerator model #MFI2067AES. I need to know how to get a replacement. Can you help?

Temperatures are preset at the factory at 38 degrees or 3 C in the refrigerator compartment and 0 degrees F or -18 C in the freezer compartment. Hello, You need to look at the screw at the bottom of the handle. I know this is difficult to do; however, you have to establish what type of inset screw you have to faster. Most probably, it is a four or five star screw. You have to have a certain head screwdriver in order to turn the screw in order to secure the handle. When you identify the head of the screw -- as in four or five head screw -- place the screw driver into the screw and turn until it is firm.
If this does not work, refer to the manufacturer's manual to find a solution.

Try this open the freezer door and flick the light switch 6 times, like flick, ----- flick,----- flick. If 6 does not work try 8, cant remember.

i have model mfi2067aeb . the ice maker won't dump the ice. the arm is up that tells when the tray is full. can't get it down.

cusTOMeR COMPLAINT:
Ice dispenser door continually opens and closes and/or user display flashes on and off intermittently.
cause:
Power supply circuit on high voltage control board may fail.
cORECTION:
Order and install high voltage control board kit PN 12920710. The kit includes; control board, installation and programming
instructions, return label and card for the old part.
Note: As with all Refrigerators of this type, the correct “Personality Code” must be programmed into the new control board
per the instruction sheet provided.
