Hi,
You bought a defective mini copter, the internal micro relay is malfunctioning and I hope you could bring it back where you bought it. Replace it with a new one and let them try to test flight it before you go home.
Hope that helps you out.
Thanks for asking FixYa!

I love your avatar...
The worst part was that on that model, there was no customer service phone number, and they ignored the customer service email I sent them. It has been four days, and they still have not acknowledged my complaint.
DUH! The most obvious: thank you for your time and answer.
WEell, that was China made, and I have tried to email them too, to no avail he/she can't understand my prob, instead directed me to their parts website, ordered it.... till now... NO REPLYT! That was a year ago! LOL!
Thanks! For the avatar compliment... you should see the rabbit avatar...LOL!

If you are a begginer get the Syma S107 it is very easy to control, the pocket copter is for intermediat and advanced pilots.
The air hogs are very spotty. I'd recommend the syma s107. Superior design in every way. Easier to fly, faster, and FAR more durable. See if you can trade... I get mine from Amazon and they are very cool about that. Also, never charge with the controller. Use the usb charger (or aftermarket wall charger) and charge until light is bright. If you unplug from helicopter and charging light gets brighter, it's not fully charged. Note that some usb ports (on laptops or on data ports in the front of some desktops) may take much longer to charge as they do not output the full 5 volts dc.
