Clearing Blazer Site History Resolved

How do I clear the list of visited sites from blazer? I know someone had mentioned just opening up a big application or running media would do the trick (something to that affect), but that didnt work for me. Like i said, if you already know how to do this, then dont pay me any mind. If you have a facer or file programs, like launcher x or resco explorer (the ones i have), all you have to do is search the ram for a file called "Blazer URL AutoFill". Delete this file and your history will be gone. So far i have seen no side affects from this, and it didnt have any effect on any other programs.

In Blazer preferences under Advanced there is a checkbox for "Disable Auto Complete". Don't know if this guesses what you want to enter by History or by "logic" (you enter "www.yahoo.." and it guesses that the rest is ".com"). Perhaps this can save you the work.

My PalmOne Tungsten E2 is stuck on cancelling Blazer

Usually I just hit the reset button and hope nothing was corrupted. Just use your stylus or a pin and press the reset button in the hole on the back/bottom of the palm. It will then reboot and you should have control back. Blazer is pretty stable but once in a while it acts up.

Incoming call does not list between call history

I've never heard of that happening before. Try breaking it down into the category of "recent calls" or whichever it is under, where you only see the people that have called you. From there I believe you hit the right button and click save contact.

Blazer Speed

Blazer does have a cache, but I'm not sure exactly how it uses it. I did an experiment in an attempt to find out how much of a page it caches, but I didn't learn a lot. I went to a page, then jumped to another, then turned WiFi off. When I hit the "Back" button, the LifeDrive refused to open the page without me reactivating WiFi. Still, I can tell the cache is working. When I go to a site with lots of graphics, the first page opens kind of slowly. However, when I go to other pages on that site that have the same graphics, pages load more quickly. So, apparently at least some parts of a page go into a cache, but you can't view it entirely from the cache. Also, the delay in opening pages is often not the downloading of a page, but the rendering of it once it is downloaded. The cache can't help you there.

Blazer Crashing on College Campus Wi-Fi

My initial reaction is that that does not look like a network error at all... have you tried loading the page on a different network? Have you tried loading a different page on the campus network? Errors tend to percolate through the system in strange ways, and it is still possible that a network problem is causing this, but network errors tend to look like "no DNS server," "web site not found," etc.
