Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS ( operating system) . So open the internet options in the browser and clean all the cookies, temporary internet files, defragment the drives and RESTORE the PC to an earlier set date.

You can use a registry cleaner like Advanced system care. Download from the site and check you system for corrupt files. Also use a good antivirus software which is active to keep your system performing without an attack on the OS. Remove all unnecessary programs installed which you do not use all the time and clean up the drives. This will free up the space and make your system faster.
If there is no response but the PC tends to work slower and occasionally hanging when a program is being executed then you might have to install the OS once again. Install the OS and then an antivirus before the drivers of the PC is installed.

Keep getting BlueScreen. Seems like it when it happens I am doing one the following activities: Playing an online computer game called Tibia, or watching an online video clip. I've noticed on several...

It's known as the "Blue Screen of Death" Because they usually require Formatting and starting over.
BUT, Not always. Write down the code that is usually along the top in white font. Google it and see if there is a cure. When I did I get several solutions like these. Be Careful you don't buy anything you don't want. Some sites are free. Note the first option below is from Micrisoft.

Good Luck.

Hello, I have Asus f5z, video card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200. Original Windows Vista, automatic updates always On. And suddenly began go error, screen blinks, and shows "ati stopped responding...

This could either be a problem with the graphics driver, or a problem with the graphics card itself.

Try once more downloading the latest version of the driver from here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-32.aspx and installing it while your computer is running without the graphics driver turned on. Then try re-enabling the graphics driver to see if the updated driver solved the problem.

If updating the driver doesn't work, it's almost certainly a problem with the laptop's video card. If this is the case, you'll want to have it looked at by a professional, or contact Asus support directly to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

Hope this is helpful!

or
Hewlett Packard offers the printer's drivers and installation software for download on the company's website. If you are installing the printer on a computer using a newer operating system such as Windows 7, downloading the printer's software is the recommended method for installing the printer

1. >>>Turn on the Deskjet D2360 and the computer. Make sure the USB cord is not plugged into the printer.

2. >>> Open the computer's web browser and go to www.hp.com. Click on "Support and Drivers" at the top of the page and select "Download Drivers and Software." In the blank box type "Deskjet D2360" and press "Enter." Select the operating system your computer is using, then click on the "Full Software and Drivers Download" link. A download dialog window will come up. Choose a place on the computer's hard drive to save the installation software.

3. >>>Double-click on the installation software to launch the installer. Follow the on screen instructions, which will vary based on the operating system you are using. When the installation process is completed, restart your computer.

4.

>>>Plug the USB cable into the printer and computer, making sure it is securely in place on both ends. The printer is installed and ready to use.

Installation problem

Hi I am Pandu, I understand that your computer is restarting while installing Windows XP. I request you to expand your question more to understand the problem better and to find a exact solution. Please let me know Which version of XP you want to install (ex. Home, Professional..etc)? Have you made any hardware changes to your computer? Do you notice any bluescreen while installing? If yes then what would be the error code of bluescreen? The problem is not with the motherboard this could be with the hard drive.
