I recommend that you take it to an authorized dealer and get it replaced. The threaders are not inexpensive and you can easily damage a brand new one while trying to install it.
Also, if the hook is still present but bent, a technician may be able to straighten it for you. With a new owner, I usually straighten it for the first year while the customer is learning to use it and then replace it at the 1 year anniversary when it is far less likely to get bent again.

Needle threader doesn't move and stays in the low position. Husqvarna designer SE

This could be due to one or more causes.

1. The return spring has come loose.
2. The threader shaft is bent.
3. Lint on the threader shaft is preventing the shaft movement.
A trained Viking repair tech can determine the cause and take the appropriate corrective action.
Do not force the threader shaft up!!! If you can gently push the threader shaft up, but it will not stay up, the tape threader up and continue sewing until you can take to SE in for repair and servicing.

How do you use a needle threader for a plus 1 viking sewing machine

If it's the viking needle threader that was made for this machine, you would mount the needle threader over the needle screw. The part that fits over the needle screw of the needle threader is an eccentric. You rotate it until the hook of the needle threader slips into the eye of the needle. Once that happens you mearly put the thread in front of the threader hook and pivot the needle threader back out of the needle.

I need a replacement Auto needle threader. There seems to be no where that I can find the pat numbers for anything on the machine....Euro-Pro 9106 Deluxe Denim & Silk sewing machine.

I've never had an auto needle threader work properly for very long. My suggestion is to not bother to replace it and just relearn how to thread the needle. Sorry.

How do you align the needle threader on Husqvarna Quilt Designer II?

You need a torx #6 screw driver to loosen the screws on the back of the threader, (I use magnifying goggles to see the threader) then put the threader in the down postion and look to see and make sure the hook of the threader goes through the eye of the needle. Holding the threader in the down positon with the hook sticking through the eye of the needle, tighten the screws on the backside of the threader, Double check it (slowly) to be sure it didn't move while you tightened the screws.

Problem with automatic needle threader On Viking Designer 1 serie

Yes, I fix them all the time. You will need very good eye sight as the wire/metal hook is very small. If you get at an angle where you can see how the hook lines up between the metal flaps that hug the needle, the hook will probably be off center. You will need something very flat, but strong. I have use the exact-o-knife blade, in the handle of course, a knife, and a tiny screw driver. The hook has to line up vertically and horizontally. What usually happens is when we thread the needle it did not line up exactly, and putting pressure on the white tab, bends the hook. Bend it back and you are in business. If the threader does not line up horizontally, the needle threader may have slid down the shaft. This take a special tool. I purchased mine at Sears tools. There are 2 screws on the back of the threader. Move the needle to the highest position and after loosening the 2 screws, you can slide the threader up and down on the silver shaft, this is trickier, because the shaft moves up and down and rotates as it gets close to the needle. I use calipers/hemostats to hold the shaft while I line up the hook.
Hope this helps.
