Is thier a place where I may be able to buy a jeep tire. I have the same issue that the back tire keeps following off and I suspect it has to do with the clip that holds the tire on. I have tried to duplicate how the other tire is held on but I am not having any luck.

    I think I maybe missing a part.

Have a bebecar pram-pushchair and have lost one of the protectors from the wheel. The make is bebecar grand style the wheels are 11inches or nearly 28cm. They are in blue. Every time the wheel is knocked...

The wheels on a Bebecar Grand Style are held onto the axle by means of locking clips which are, in turn, covered by hub caps. If your wheel comes loose when knocked, it sounds as though the locking clip either isn't there, or isn't clipping onto the axle properly (which can be solved by cleaning/lubricating the clip, or replacing it).
To obtain new locking clips and/or hub caps, get in touch with

My back wheel doesn't clip in. The wheel slides on but the button thing doesn't clip in to anything

When you attach the wheel, there is a v-spring inside the axle, this should pop into a hole on the chassis. If you dont have the v-spring in the axle, then the wheel wont stay on. In this case, I would suggest that you contact 01234 344230 (UK suppliers Out n About) who will be able to send one to you.

I hope this helps.

Bugaboo frog and wheeled board not fitting??

Had exactly same experience today. I emailed Bugaboo (via website) and got a reply the same day.

I attached the clips the wrong way round. The picture in the manual is not very clear....The little 'roofs' have to face each other and than you are able to push the clips further over the axle. The slot of the clip fits over where the small wheels comes in on the bar.

Hope this helps.

Fold stroller

Not sure how different this one is to ours but we have an older Dreamer Design double stroller and down by the front wheel there are two black plastic clips that you pull upwards while at the same time pushing two small depressable "buttons" that are in line with the main bars coming down towards the front wheel... once that's done you lift and push backwards at the same time, the whole stroller frame will move backwards (oh brake has to be on) and then once those main bars are free you can pull the frame towards you and then double it over back on itself...the rear wheels pull out by pushing the centre button and pulling on the wheel and they you're able to put it just about anywhere...hope that helps...Rob

Bugaboo Frog Wheel Board

i'm sure you have solved this already, but yes, there should be two pieces that attach to the back axle that the board slides onto to attach it to the stroller. It wont work without these parts. The person you bought them from probably still has these parts attached to their stroller.

My bugaboo wheeled board needs to be re attached but have lost the instructions can you please tell me how i can re attach this many thanks

Leave the (bassinet or seat) on, then flip the stroller forward, the big wheels have to be in the air. put on the clips make sure
you put the right on the right and the left on the left push them until they cover the silver screws. then put the wheel board on
huging the bar if not it will not go in start from the very bottom. And once its on don't forget to put the elastic with the velcro on.
the velcro goes on the bar right above the wheelboard. this will help you keep it up when your not using it.
Hope this helped.

Just call Kolcraft themselves. They are really easy to talk to. I have had to do it a couple of times. They have replacement parts for a lot of stollers that may not be online. Just go to and click on contact us on the bottom of the page. It will give you a phone number to call. Good luck!

Wheels are rusting

To remove the rust from the wheels with out damaging them you can use a product called Evapo-Rust. Evapo-Rust is safe and easy to use and will not hurt the enviroment. You can go to for more information on Evapo-Rust and how to use it. You will want to oil the wheel axle on the stroller to keep the rust from coming back after it is removed.
