Question about Maytag Microwave Ovens
Do you always use
the vent fan when cooking on the stove top to keep steam and grease out of the controls? I always recommend that.
The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.
If it's still failing, since it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
