your e370 does connect via blue tooth,i know i do it,maybe reinstall your blue tooth sofware on your pc, or it could be a port conflict in your pc,but the problem is with the pc,not the phone
Click on Software and you'll have to agree to the terms that pop up. You can then download the updated drivers and PC Studio for your phone. The virus probably corrupted the Samsung drivers and that's why your phone is no longer recognized.
