First of all lets check if u have audio drivers
Right click on (my computer)
select properties option
on the upper tab select the Hardware Tab.
click on Device manager button.
now can you u see if there is any question mark or exclamation (yellow colored). if yes then start downloading the drivers.
if no then just check if the speakers are connected correctly.
that should be it
