I have a 2002 pioneer DEH-P44 car stereo and i get no sound connecting it to my Saturn L200 2002 with a GM wiring harness

This could be because a speaker wire in the vehicle is shorting to ground causing the radio to protect it's self from braking. If that is not the case then a amplifier could be involved

I need to know what wires are what. one a DEH-21 Pioneer stereo.

You can look up the model number, in this case it would be DEH-21 pioneer and search for a wiring diagram. It is very easy to find online.

Dont know how to insall it !!!

Purchase the aftermarket wire harness at from a local installation shop. WIres will match color for color to this harness then mate to the factory connector. This could save hours attempting to figure out the factory wire harness.

WIRING FOR PIONEER DEH 16 CAR STEREO

you need to find the Pioneer website, or something similer... google the DEH 1600 diagram. really you just need something that tells what the different wires represent by color. then find a wiring diagram for the make and model of your ride that cooresponds to your stereo set up... then just match up the wires and there you go... personally i suggest haveing one of the boys at Best buy throw a harness... it costs like 15 bucks or something. plus you know it will be done right, and you can take it back if its not and have it fixed... bottom line they will be liable for any problems... hope this helps.
