Barely see screen iphone

Sounds like the CFL that lights up the screen has gone out. Take your phone to a repair shop and have the screen replaced. Should be fairly cheap for a 3GS

My icons are too big and i cant reduce the size???

Hi,

Please follow this steps to set back the font size or icons of your Iphone.

* Tap the "Settings" menu from the iPhone home screen.

* Tap "Accessibility."

*Tap the word "Off" next to "Zoom" to turn the Zoom feature on.

*Return to the iPhone home screen.

Tap the iPhone with three fingers twice in succession. The home screen icons will be magnified to 200 percent. To adjust the zoom level, touch the screen with three fingers then move them up to increase the zoom, and down to lower it. The next time you tap the screen twice with three fingers, the iPhone will automatically return to your custom zoom level.

Iphone 3.2...my iphone light is too dim automatically i dnt knw wht happen...screen is ok but light is too dim to see...

There are only ? handful of possible causes for the problem which you are facing. The most common being the light settings for your device. The brightness of the light might have been tampered with. Simply go to settings and adjust the contrast and brightness of the phone.to your taste. If this happens not to be the case then the bulbs for your screen are bad and therefore have to be replaced. This will have to be done by an expert. Hope this solution has been helpful?

Icon very big how can i make it small

First of all try this: Tap the iPhone with three fingers twice in succession. The home screen icons will be magnified to 200 percent. To adjust the zoom level, touch the screen with three fingers then move them up to increase the zoom, and down to lower it. The next time you tap the screen twice with three fingers, the iPhone will automatically return to your custom zoom level.
If it doesn't help, follow the steps below and repeat the above (step 5.)
  1. Tap the "Settings" menu from the iPhone home screen.
  2. Tap "Accessibility."
  3. Tap the word "Off" next to "Zoom" to turn the Zoom feature on.
  4. Return to the iPhone home screen.
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.

Iphone dim display , phone works fine otherwise

Hi, did the phone fall on the flow or hit something? If yes, that might have been the cause of the dim display. Cause the screen has been affected and you will need to replace the screen.

After dim display, if the phone blinks or show some funny moving display, that means is the flex that connects the front screen board to the main board of the phone that is faulty and it will need to be replaced.

Take care.

If the screen light is really dim, its possible the lcd backlight has gone bad. Does it ever flashbright?

Phone display is very dim-can barely read

Well, first you will have to check your options, if you can read it enough to get in there.  You may have the backlight turned off.  If the backlight is not turned off, then you probably have a bad backlight and will have to take it to your provider to get it fixed.  Replacing a screen/backlight is not something I would attempt to do unless you are certain you know exactly what you are doing as you can render the phone completely useless.

Iphone touch partly not working

The most likely reason is that the touch pannel you have installed is defective. One of the printed connectors on the connection tape is not working correctly.
Try installing the old screen again and see the results (if available).
You can buy replacement touch pannels for Iphone here:
