Disassemble/open your celphone unit. Try clean the earpiece contact, maybe its dirty or lose contact. Check also your earpiece by a multitester. There is also a big possibility that the one who called before has a bad/damage micpiece on his/her unit. Try this!..nothing to lose. Kindly rate this solution.
