  • This item is a game playing device for PC.....desgined for window 95/98. It boasts:

  • Sophisticated dual motor technology provides maximum vibration feedback
  • 2 ultra-accurate and responsive analog sticks for precise 360 movement
  • Easy-to-reach throttle control
  • Convenient USB interface
Also manufacturers description states: Just try and hold on to the new WingMan RumblePad gamepad. Boasting nine programmable buttons, the RumblePad offers a sliding throttle for precise speed control, plus two analogue sticks to let you quickly rotate a full 360 degrees. But it's the vibration feedback that will truly rock your world! Two motors housed in the RumblePad grips let you feel every turn, bump and dip in flying, driving, adventure, SIM games and more. No batteries are required as it draws power from the USB port on your PC.

When I plug in my Wingman (win 7-64) and I get the B.S.o.D. and windows has to reboot. any ideas? Im sure my driver is compatible for the system

I have Win7-64, and able to run Wingman. If you have the CD, it is okay, you can install both the joystick and USB drive, but the better option is that you go to the Logitech site, and download the latest drivers for the Wingman. Wingman is the older version of 3D, but the drivers of Logitech extreme, 3D are workable with the old Joystick Wingman., and they should work well on the Window 7 , 64 version

Need instructions on where or how to go about finding a driver or installer

Hi,

For your Extreme™ Digital 3D, pls click here. You would be asked for your PC's Operating System (Vista or XP or others), thereafter which file you need (Logitech Gaming software or the Wingman Clear Calibration Utility) and finally whether for 32 bit or 64 bit. Pls follow onscreen instructions.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

How the ECT SENSOR WORKS

The ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor is a thermal variable resistor (also known as a "thermistor"). The ECT delivers a signal to the THW terminal of the Engine Control Module (ECM) which varies with engine coolant temperature. The ECM uses this signal to control the fuel injection system, the overdrive operation on vehicles equipped with electronically controlled overdrive transmissions, spark timing control, idle speed control, fuel pressure control system (if equipped), heated oxygen sensor system (if equipped) and EGR systen (if equipped)

Sticking brake pedal on Wingman Force GP

I presume these are not under warranty.
As long as it is not due to a foreign object being jammed in the hinge/base/brake pedal, if the pedals have miles on them you are experiencing a common
problem with many, many aged Logitech pedals.
At the time your was manufactured, Logitech used the same assembly for pedals on all of their products as far as I know.
I could offer a few links to what can be done, here is a very durable fix for those factory 'bearings':
