Question about HP Pavilion (PN153AAR) PC Desktop
I had opened my dvd tray to load a disk, but before i did, i hit the tray with my knee. Now it is stuck half out and is a little crooked. HP hasn't been any help. How can i fix it or replace just the tray?
Usually, if you are able to pull the tray as far out as it will come, then hold the tray in the front and gently twist the tray up and down. Then move it slightly left and right it will usually pop back in place.
It acts somewhat like a drawer when it get off track. Just make sure that you are very gentle when moving it so that you dont break the plastic tray.
Hope this helps. Please remember to rate this information.
