Regarding the message "memory full", either cause you have up to five phones paired to the kit and you have to delete it.

but that could be also in relation with the install and especially the 12dc and the ignition 12v which has to be inverted (invert polarity) on the orange and the red one.

Finally, it could be a fault of settings to the box (cause the system for the ck3100 is build to the box).

Colin ,i have this problem too, i have heard you need to connect a laptop via bluetooth and clear its memory, i will be trying this within the next few days ,( i hope )
