Red flashing light and green power light come on , but that is all
This is due to display signal not coming out from your pc, solve it by removing the RAM from their slot and againg put it , or put some working RAM this may be due to RAM is not working

If the main power button LED is flashing or solid yellow, this could indicate a hardware problem.
Was it running good before?
Are the diagnostic LED lights all green?
Here is what dell says:
If the power light is blinking amber —
The computer is receiving electrical power, but an internal power problem might exist.
Do you remember what the BSOD said?
