We're having problems with our Riso. There are 3 jobs that got put in there after a PitneyBowes guy cam and hooked up our smart mailer. We can't get them to delete, no matter what we do, we've had IT people come in and nobody can figure it out. Do you have any suggestions?

The drum was being pull while the drum is still in motion or not in its home position, try to re position the gear at the innermost part of the machine, it is the part that your drum holds
A T3 error code is indication of some kind of problem associated with the clamping mechanism. Most of the time, what happens is that there is a magnet attached to a flag on the rear side of the drum and it has fallen out of place. If you can find the magnet, reattach it with a strong adhesive. Check for smooth operation of the clamp by hand as well and lubricate if necessary.
I can't explain how to re-time your machine here.. it's too complicated.. However.. go on line and look up Riso tec manuals.. Buy a cd for about $35.00 and look up how to re-time the machine.. It's a lot of work but with the manual you can see where the marks should be. You have to remove the back cover and look at all the cams and gears.. they all have marks.. It's not the end of the world if you're handy..
T-4 is an ink overflow condition. You may need to check and clean out ink section of drum. Remove the ink then press reset button. Then turn off and on and re-insert ink.
The machine is not alinged. I had that code this evening and the guy came here and in no time he fixed it. is your drum going in the machine? if so then turn off the machine and while pushing down the clear/reset button turn the machine on
