What size are the envelopes?

Envelopes have to be fed through the bypass. #10 envelopes are not recommended to run through the copier. There too small to feed through the fuser rollers and they will jam.

My lexmark will not print envelopes. IT will print labels. Does this have anything to do with Windows &?

Both my Hp1220 (which is pretty old) and my Epson C62 will print envelopes,so I'm sure yours will. You need to go into the print preferences (possibly advanced) and set the SIZE,not paper type to the size envelope you need to print.I have the options of #10,DL & C6.
I think those are the standard sizes.
Let me know.

    • Word XP: Click Letters and Mailings , and then click Envelopes and Labels .
    1. Type the Delivery and Return address information.

    1. On the Envelope Options tab, set the following options:
    2. Envelope size : set to match the loaded envelopes.

      • Examine the selected feed method image and verify that the envelope flap is on the left side of the envelope. If it is to the right, select or clear Clockwise rotation .
      • Click OK , and then click Print .

    Toshiba 281C Bypass tray

Problem isn't "solved", but have realized that the issue is related to the fact that the document I am trying to print is formatted for envelopes. When I print a regular word document (letter) it prints fine to the Bypass tray. It must have something to do with the fact that the document is 1000 envelopes. If I print to a PDF file, then print the document to the Bypass Tray I don't seem to have a problem.
