Actually your printhead on the cartridges is probably clogged. I usually take the cartridges out, wet a paper towel and put in a dish and put in microwave for 20 seconds, then put the cartridge printhead on the paper towel for 10 seconds, and then blot with a dry towel. You should see the various colors in the color and black cartridges. Do it several times until ink in freely flowing. Put back in printer and run a clean cycle and try printing normaly. May be too much info blocking up print memory. Before printing off sites, make sure you clear print queue and slect printer friendly versions. Check to see if your printer has a work online or offline setting in preferences too.
