Hi Gary, do you still have the remote? I have a system with a SU-X102 amplifier, SL-PJ28a CD, ST-X302 tuner and a RS-X102 Deck. Do you think your remote works with my system? I am interested buying it. Pls. tell me your price and shipping tax to Romania. Thx, Marcel.

I would need to hear how it sounds first hand, it may be a copy guard that is causing this.

Marantz how to connect 6005 amplifier to ipod

There are many solutions, I show two. The tip photo, shows a more expansive one. the lower photo the cheaper one. But both have two tulip plugs on the side for the amplifier and one 3,5 mm stereo telephone plug to the other side.
I tried both on a good stereo set, and could not hear different quality in sound. My guess, the quality comping from my iPods, iPhone and iPad is not the same as from my CD player. On the CD player, a better cable proved to give a better sound.

It wont turn on, it shows 'push power protect' when you turn it on, or disconnect it and reconnect, i already attempted to disconnect the Sony Stereo MCH-EC909iP Mini Hi-Fi and it shows 'Push Power, P

The only thing I can think of is its goin into protection mode like an amplifier would, you maxed the volume out and it's protecting your speakers or you don't have the right voltage going to it, I can see you don't have it on a straight 120v plug and you might have the wiring wrong on the speakers to it might be too low of a ohm or too high
