Got mine fixed thanks very much....just had to downgrade to 1.1.4 then changed the general.plist and touch.plist to one's i got from this site.(http://limitededitioniphone.com/iphone-touchscreen-fix-increase-sensitivity/))..and worked well after that...

You will ahve to restore your iphone to 1.1.4 and then replace general.plist and touch.plist file with a new one. The two files can be found on google. Reboot and the issue should be fixed. It's a lenghty procedure, so let me know if the issue still persist, then I'll give you detailed instructions.
