Try to identify it whith a motherboard explorer tool , like Speccy from http://download.cnet.com/Speccy/3000-2094_4-75181811.html or Sandra from http://download.cnet.com/SiSoftware-Sandra/3000-2086_4-10556571.html
Look also in the device manager , click on " display adapters " and double - click on the shown one to update the driver .
You could also try on the motherboard manufacturer's site and look for on board hardware .
It' s not always that easy to find what you are looking for but with a little patience , your issue is always to be fixed .
Windows can also search for you on the net but I suppose you already have tried that .

You can find yourself of what your pc is composed of by running http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php - get the zip file if you don't want to install it.
Once you have all the components just google for their drivers.
