Have you tried a battery pull...... restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , try it and see if you're able to access your keyboard . you can try factory default to reset phone ...When you restore the factory default settings, all personal settings are reset. Follow these instructions to restore the factory default settings.
All phone data will be deleted. Data on your SIM isn't deleted.
1. Find "Security Wipe"
Press the Menu key twice.
Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Security and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Security Wipe and press the Navigation key.
2. Restore factory default settings
Highlight Emails, Contacts, etc., User Installed Applications or Media Cardand press the Navigation key.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the selected data will be deleted.

Scroll to Wipe and press the Navigation key to restore the factory default settings.
Follow the instructions on the display to set up your phone and prepare it for use.
Hello. Begin by removing the battery from the black berry for 5 minutes. This will reset your black berry to factory settings and may well solve your problem. If it does not, you will have to take your blackberry into a phone store. Joe
Press the call button and change the option to show contact list as initial view. Then change the right side convenience key to show the virtual key board, screen/key options then change The right side convenience key to show virtual key board, so when you press call button, it shows contact, then you press side convenience key and a few letters of the person you want to call
I think I see your problem.
The 'mepd' must be uppercase. Hold the shift key down while typing in the MEPD.
Once you get into the area that shows what limitations are active or disabled, then you must use the Alt. Option key on the fare left third row of keys down. Holding the Alt. Options key, type MEP then release the Alt. Option key and press 2.
You should now be prompted to enter the unlock code. If not, start from where you had the last correct results. Also, If it will not work, back all the way out to the memo icon and try the keys you need to type to insure all of the keys are working and you are not fighting a temperamental key switch.

i had a similar problem before and it turned out on of the side buttons had jammed so it was doing all sorts of mad stuff. to fix this is just pulled the side panel off cleaned out any dirt/dust and made sure the button was pushing in and coming back out without obstruction. this sorted out my "possessed" blackbeery issue. hope it helps
