Question about SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 Player

Sansa 140 not working

Hi,
I am from India & i have SANSA C140 but by mistake i had formeted every thik from my player. Now my player is not working no any display..nothing,
pls. advise me how i can reload the software & all.

    I lost all the text inside my Sansa C140 after i cancelled the formating. Also the folder inside the explorer for my sansa is gone. Nothing inside. It detect but nothhing inside.
    Can someone help me please,.

Try copying new MP3 files to it. If you cannot do that, try downloading Sansa's Firmware Updater and following the video example on Sansa's website to update your firmware. If that doesn't work, try to get it replaced if it is under warranty. Otherwise, please dispose of properly.

Sansa C140 hangs while switching on displaying SanDisk Logo


My Sansa C140 hangs up while switching on, it only displays SanDisk Logo. Plz help me to solve this problem

How do you delete music?


You can delete it thru My Computer>Device Name (c140)>Right Click and select FORMAT.

Sansa c140 won't turn on


Try to connect your Sansa c140 to another PC. If it continued to show that it isn't recognized then I'm sorry to tell you that your Sansa ROM has malfunctioned. Only people at Sandisk could fix it.
