Hello, If your video card is an addon card, then you should go to the manufacturer websit and download new drivers for your video card. If it is an onboard video card ( built into motherboard ) go to windows update and see if there are is an update for your card there.

1st of all increase RAM. Issue will be solved, if problem still exists then try these guidelines:
Check your Power Supply as for GTA a good Power Supply is required.
Update all the drivers
Stop unwanted background running services

If problem still exists then use Game optimization Tool PCFresher that will not only fix internal errors but will also optimize PC to its peak performance.

System locking up and shutting down automatically

your card is pulling too much power. check the wattage rating of the card and the wattage output of your power supply . good rule of thumb you want about 20% more that your card rating 450 watt card needs 650 watt power supply to run well. the extra is for your other stuff (dvd burner ,ect)

Existing Graphics Card Radeon X300, which one to

I have looked it up on the internet, the graphics card is capable of displaying your monitors resolution. I am therefore assuming you want a new graphics card for 3d applications, since 2d is easily rendered by this card.
However, simply replacing the graphics card will not help. You will probably have a hard time finding a card that can fit on your mainboard, and even if you do, your prcessor will not be fast enough to send the required data to the graphics card.
In this case you will have to buy a new PC, I'm sorry. If I did not understand what you meant, please post a comment.

Regards,
Yannick.

When your computer loads, after you power it on, it gives you an option to go into the CMOS. You can disable integrated periferals there. If you don't know how, check your system documentation

GAMES DONT RUN.ERROR COMES REGARDING ''GRAPHIC CARD NOT RECOGNIZED

The drivers for the integrated video controller is on the CD that came with the motherboard, but that is most likely not the problem. Most newer hi-res games require much more sophisticated graphic chips than are normally used on motherboards. It may require hardware support for shading and other calculation-intensive operations that would require an add-in video card designed specifically for those purposes. Many also require a minumum of 256MB (or more) of video memory. You should check the documentation that came with the game to find out exactly what its video requirements are.

If that isn't the case, report back with the exact error message you are getting.

Cannot play FIFA09

Uh oh. It looks like you're out of luck.

FIFA 09 PC Requirement (minimum):
Graphics: 6600 Nvidia graphics card or ATI equivalent with support for Pixel Shader 3
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c"

Nvidia 6600 came out at 2004 and it supports DirectX 9.0C (Shader 3 came with 9.0C)
ATI Radeon 9200 came out at 2003 and only support DirectX 8.1 (which support shader 1.2 - 1.4)

Nope, Radeon 9200 will not support Shader 3 (neither will it support 2.0).

Time for a new video card maybe?

I hope this answers your question.
