Which tags are use to adjust image in css as it remains same even we have to make small or big or whatever?

Hi,
Its very simple. You have to use width and height attribute of <img> tag to adjust the image size in css.
for example
img.b46860 {/* scalable em size class 468px/60px banners */ width: 29.25em; /* replaces 468px width */ height: 3.8em; /* replaces 60px height */ }

How do i permanently change font type and size to be default when writing email inaol desktop?

If you want to change the default HTML font size for outgoing e-mails:
  1. Right click on the Desktop > Properties > Appearance.
  2. Select "Message Box" in the Item drop down box > change the font.
If you want to change the default HTML font size for incoming e-mails (Using IE 5.5):
  1. Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Accessibility.
  2. Check Ignore font styles and Ignore font sizes.
  3. Adjust the font style by editing the selections under the Fonts tab under Internet Options.
You can also create a style sheet (cascading style sheet) and use it as the default for all of your web pages. This option is accessible through the Tools > Internet Options > Accessibility menu.

How link to a new web page through clicking a

Here's a generic hyperlink, but I'm not sure that's what you're after:

<a href="http://www.address-of-target-page.html">Click this link</a>.

If it must be a button then use the img src tag in place of the link text, thus (I just found this by googling HTML image link code):

<a href="http://www.natural-environment.com/blog/2008/11/07/what-is-the-worlds-largest-rabbit/">
<img src="http://www.quackit.com/pix/worlds_largest_rabbit_2.jpg" width="200" height="261" border="2" alt="Photo of a big bunny rabbit!" /></a>

FYI "a" is short for Anchor and all you're doing with a link is clicking on an anchor; the anchor itself can be text or image. Don't forget to close the anchor tag with its </a> or it won't do anything. Also "href" is short for hypertext reference, also called a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) or URI (... Indicator).

Note: a best practice in HTML: use all lowercase code; type carefully and remember that in Unix/Linux (the majority of web servers) a in a web address is different from A. Finally, "img src" is short for "image source location".

When you say link to a "new" web page, perhaps you should look into Edit the text in red and add a fifteen-character string as follows: `target="_blank"` (not including the two back-tick "`" charcters; the code between them) at the end of the first tag (just before the ">" character, with a preceding space character so it doesn't run into the URL closing quote character) in your link code. If I didn't answer your question at the outset of this solution, then the target option may give you the results you need. In most browsers, that has the same effect as running a script that opens a new document in the browser.

Robohelp X5 Browser Output Issues

I had the same problem. Within the same page, some images showed up and some did not. I checked the HTML code and found the [IF vml] statement surrounding the missing images (see below):

<![if !vml]> <img src="Managing_Queues_v2_files/image120.jpg"
alt="" width="61" height="31"
border="0" /> <![endif]>

I deleted tags:<![if !vml]> (surrounding the image tags) <![endif]>
....and the images were fine. I had to do a search and replace to delete all such tags within the document.

I am not a programmer and not sure what else to do, but if anyone finds a faster solution or an option during the import of the word document, please share.

Hope this helps as a quick-fix for now.

RoboHelp HTML -- cannot check out image

By "check out" image, what do you mean? If you mean it does not display, filenames are case sensitive, so make sure the HTML code correctly calls the .gif file with the right case.
