V6 Maxx My V6 Maxx fell and the day after the keys does not work except for the power key as I can turn the phone off and on.

the solution to repair motorola v6 ferrari keyboard is simple...remove the battery and memory card from the phone for a period of 6 hours . after that just put back the battery on the phone .. the keypad will be ready to operate only 30 minutes.. after that go immediately to the settings menu, after initial setup... And finally click on master reset.enter the key of 00000 after that, your phone will reboot, and you will never go through that problem... Try unplugging phone from power for ten minutes, may seem stupid, but this will reset the phone and may clear the error.

mine does the same thing when memory card connected

go to cellphone center for repair

first u check the battery and then go for circiut check

due to virus attack ur os software of cell got corrupted... go to near by technician he will reinstall and give it .. this is called as flashing
so always install an antivirus in ur cell

I have or should I say I had the same problem with my v6 maxx keypad not working. So I started to look into the flex cable replacement idea. I remove the back cover. Removed the Sim Card, Battery and Memory card fully intending to split the phone and have a look around inside. But then I came to a grinding stop when I saw how small the hex screws are. Gotta get me some of those. While I was there staring at the screws I noticed a small amount of dirt residue inside the back of the phone so figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a spray with CRC Contact Cleaner (it leaves no residue). I left the mobile in the sun to dry for about 3 minutes. Replaced the battery, memory and sim card and now it's working PERFECTLY.
Done. fixed. *** twas just dirt.

go to main menu then settings. click initial set up scroll it there you will see master reset. click master reset you will see enter security code type 000000 then enter it will reset itself wait it will shut down by itself and activate again
