Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
Probably the operating system which is java in your case has been corrupted...
kindly take it to service center and reinstall the java for mobile

It means the software on the device has failed and you need to re-install it.
Download the latest software for this device from your carrier's website. (must be the software the carrier this phone was purchased as)
Once downloaded to the computer, double click the file to install it, then plug in the device and use the 'app loader' icon from the desktop manager program.
