Steam wand on Vienna plus detached from arm

Lets first make sure you have all the parnello wand parts. The nut, hard plastic gasket, soft rubber gasket, the inner wand then the sleeve and the center in the sleeve. When putting it back together find the notch on the metal steam wand and slide the nut onto the wand, then add the rest in the order above.

Hi - our Via Venezia has been a GREAT machine, and we love it, but over the past three weeks or so it seems the steamer arm is letting water through and the milk is getting watery. Can we replace that...

Hi
Your water is not getting hot enough to turn the water into great steam so you get more water in your milk. Have you ever descaled your machine?

The steam spout (pannarello) will not stay on

there is a rubber sleeve inside, and also a hard plastic olive (like a wedding ring). When tightened, the hard olive compresses the rubber sleeve and it grips.
If you lose the plastic olive, the rubber remains uncompressed and the pannarello will blow off.
The olive is about the size of a wedding ring for a person with a 5mm finger (impossible I know - but the shape is like a tiny black wedding band all the same.).

Nozzle won't stay on steam tube

There should be two rubber pieces inside the threaded collar & cap that help produce a pressure fit onto the wand itself. There is a total of five plastic pieces on my steam wand excluding the wand itself on my Via Venezia by Saeco I purchased a year ago. Sounds to me like you lost one of you rubber gromets! Just my thoughts!
