My machine gets to the spin rinse cycle and the machine starts to beep. It does not drain and will not spin. Any step by step directions to try and fix the problem would be appreciated.
Thanks.
check my issue "eco smart won't drain, smells hot" on how to remove the motor unit from bottom of machine. I had a sock down in the lowest part of the drain area that I couldn't see from above between the outer/inner tubs. Mine finally burned out the motor so I had to remove it. That motor unit unclips from machine--like a childproof cab, lift tab with finger and twist unit off. Quarter sized hole into tub is where i found the sock.
We had the same problem with our washing machine being full of water and beeping during the rinse cycle. The problem is that the filter, which is located under the washing machine, is plugged with something. Ours was plugged with a cotton swab. You have to tip the washing machine up and remove the filter and unplug it. The filter is in the center of the bottom of the machine. It twists off. I had to get the cotton swab out of inside the machine through this opening. This machine plugs up a lot - I've never experience this with any other washing machine. Good Luck!
I have a Intuitive IW812. When it is at the spray rinse cycle, no action is happening (no spraying of water). It then beeps with code 37. I stop the machine - turn on again and fast forward it to Rinse 2. It completes the full cycle and turns off but majority of time it hasn't spun it fully and sometimes there are suds amongst the clothing on the bottom. There is also some dirt/grit within the clothes.
