Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You may have to manually reinstall Java. It frequently happens that the Java auto updates fail due to network issues or corrupted source files.

Go to safe mode with f8 as os starts. Restore os to an earlier date when everything was functional. Use system restore (start - all programs - accessories -system tools - system restore). Flush browser plugins. (uninstall java, ar, flash etc..) Run virus/spyware/malware scan. Clean infections if found. Update os and browser. Delete unknown browser helper objects. Update plugins and addons. Remove old toolbars and install new.

With msn, i cannot play games can u helpl in any way???

Hi,

Have you tried using your internet explorer browser to run your games there? If you are playing your games using MSN was there a specific error message?

You may need to try updating java application for your browser.

1. Click Start then Control panel.
2. On the left side, click Classic view then look for Java icon.
3. Look for update tab then click on Update now.
4. Install the update then restart your computer.

Keep me posted.

Thanks.
