you can download your ATI graphics card software from the internet from the manufacture of your graphics card.don`t forget to download its serial key. or you can buy from a hardware shop.
Hello Uninstall All drivers and software for ati card. Take card out.Put card back in. Reboot pc.Reinstall drivers.I dont think the 128 mb cards Came with a fan.The 256mb did.
All the same,check your pc fans are working and clean.Also disable any onboard motherboard Graphics.You will need to do this in the bios.
Possible card was not seated right in agp slot,or drivers were corrupt.
AMD's DirectX 9 ATI Radeon graphics accelerators are not officially supported under Windows 7. But you can install ATI Catalyst Windows Vista graphics driver under Windows 7.Some features may not be available under windows 7 but it would be worth a try.
Um a ati rage 128 pro is not a very powerful card, and after win 98 there isn't any support for direct3d or opengl. So you will need to upgrade to a better card if you expect to play games.
