Ok so i just bought a diamond dsm963 mp3 player and when i copy and paste the music files into the folder, they all show, but once i put on my mp3 it says there are no files on it! I've tried soo many times, but everytime i unplug my mp3 i says "No Files", and on my computer the files are in the mp3 folder. HELP PLEASE ! :)

Ifyou don't have any music on it yet that may be the problem - if you do try to hard boot or turn off completely for 5min or so to see if you can unscramble the device - if not take it and exchange it cause it sounds like it may be defective somehow. If you are using Windows 98, install the drivers. If you are using Windows XP, simply open windows media player. open the Sync tab at the top. and drag and drop on the right to your device. Hope this helps.
Ok well usually the MP3 player will show up as a "Drive" in My Computer & as such one may cut, copy, & paste as usual within windows, so.. usually, ya right click the "Drive" and select explore.. then find the Music file(s) you wish, right click it, and select delete. To copy a file.. ya can simply cut & paste to the MP3 player.
