Your camera uses SD memory cards, and it's easy to accidentally activate the lock switch on the side of them which prevents the card being written to.
Turn your camera off and remove the SD card, being careful not to touch the electical contacts. With the card face up (contacts underneath the top edge, the clipped of corner to the top right) you'll see a sliding switch on the left edge of the card.Fully forward is unlocked, fully rearward is locked. Slide the switch fully forward towards the top edge of the card. That should unlock it. If the card appears to be unlocked, then slide the switch fully yo the locked position and then fully unlocked again.
If the switch has not solved the problem, then put the card in an external card reader attached to a computer and if using Windows go to my computer and look for the SD card. Right click and select Properties. Uncheck the box marked Read Only. If it's not checked then close the Properties window, and right click on the SD card again in My Computer, and left click on Eject and remove the card. try the card in another SD device to see if it works normally, if not the card is faulty and should be replaced.
Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If that doesn't do it, try another card.
