I have a ryobi rbc30sbt, and the pull cord has jammed, it won't pull out. I have stripped it down, and it appears that the levers inside won't release. Can you help?

Remove the tube that holds the flex-drive shaft from the front of the motor cover.Remove the rear engine cover. Remove the throttle cable from the carburetor. Mark and unplug any wires for the on/off switch that go to the ignition coil (underneath front cover) if possible. Now if you have pulled the driveshaft tube out of the way, the clutch drum is up next. Inside it, screwed into the very end of the engine's crankshaft is a Torx #25 screw. Before you loosen it, you will have to lock up the engine. To do so, remove the spark plug. Pull on the starter until the piston is down, then insert a length of clean, soft rope into the engine. The engine will come up and compress the rope, thus locking it in place to allow clutch drum and clutch removal. Loosen the T-25 (Star bit or Torx head) screw inside the drum.. You may be able to remove it with a long thin-blade screwdriver also.It probably won't come completely out...it is made this way. Next, remove the clutch. It is screwed onto a small threaded section of the crankshaft Removal is counterclockwise.. It will be pretty tight. To help, apply peneterating oil. Whack the ears of the clutch near the center with a hammer and a dull flat-blade chisel or a small piece of wood unless there are bolts. then use a wrench. It will turn counterclockwise for removal and there will probably be a removal direction arrow on it's face. After getting that off, remove the Torx screws holding the cover to the engine. The starter unit should be mounted inside as it mates with the top of the flywheel to start the motor. Remember to preload tension (5-7 turns) on the starter unit. Make sure the handle is installed. Jam the unit with a screwdriver or vise grips so you can insert and tie off the new rope. Then remove jam device and let recoil pull your new rope into place while holding the handle. Reassemble and you are done. Disassembly requires Torx head drivers and a good flat-blade screwdriver. Post back if needed.
its probabley your throttle cable , try pulling the throttle full on when you starting up the trimmer word of warning though only do this on a very flat surface..
TAKE OFF THREE SQREWS AROUND PULL CORD BUT DONT REMOVE, CARFULY LIFT EDGE SLIDE SCREW DRIVER IN TO HOLD PULLEY WHEEL IN PLACE , TURN OVER AND INSPECT COULD BE DIRT AND DABREE OR ONE OF THE TWO METAL LEVER,S (UNDER) PULLY WHEEL ARE STUCK UNJAM AND RETURN CARFULLY PUT SCREWS BACK IN AND TITEN BUT DONT STRIP IT OUT FROM OVERTITENING
It is usually just jammed, when you go out too far. Ifyou take the recoil starter off or loose , sometimes it goes back in on it own. If not ,carefully disassemble it and see if the recoil spring is broken.

When
printer does not have visible paper jam and printer is showing error paper jam Check if
the Encoder Strip is Broken or Missing 1.Power down the printer and unplug the
power. 2.Slide the cartridge carrier inside the
printer a couple of inches to the left. 3.Locate the encoder strip (Figure 1) on the
right-side of the cartridge carrier encoder strip Note:
The
encoder strip is a plastic strip with small markings over its entire length.
The strip may appear to be translucent. Reposition
the Encoder Strip 1. Remove the power cord from the printer. 2. Lift the scanner unit to expose the
inside, where the printer cartridges are located. 3. Gently slide the ink cartridge carrier to
the middle of the printer. 4. Gently move the top part of the printer
belt to the right. 5. Using an index finger, gently push
encoder strip (Figure 1) down and then back up, to get it back into the slot
located on the back of the ink cartridge carrier. 6. Gently press the strip first to the rear,
and then forward, to ensure that it is seated correctly. 7. Manually move the ink cartridge carrier
to the left, then to the right, to check the positioning of the encoder strip. 8. Once the encoder strip has been
re-seated, close the scanner lid. 9. Re-connect the power cord to the printer. Ensure
the Paper Tray is Not Overfilled Each
printer tray has a maximum capacity rating, and this rating is based on a specific
paper weight and or thickness. Consequently, situations might arise in which
the tray will not be able to accommodate the maximum number of sheets listed in
the printer specifications. Verify that the paper is not packed too tightly in
the paper tray.
