My zen touch wont do anything wont even turn off
Same Same problem as LorraineT. Mine is going back, get my money back. Fooled with this all weekend. Frustrated and defeated.
Plug your ZEN into your PC USB port and insert a pin into the tiny reset hole at the bottom. That should unfreeze it. Does anyone know what caused this?
When this happens to my zen player, I take out the battery and then put it back on. Then I make sure to charge it fully. Good luck.

Randomly my Creative Zen would just freeze and I can't do anything with it. I had to reset is about 10 times, but it still didn't work. I had to plug it into my PC and after fiddling around there, it worked. But now it's frozen again.
I just had the same problem. Plugged it into PC and reset it. Seems to be fine. If it happens again I will return it.
I have fully charged my Zen and it won't turn on. I've hit reset. It will not turn on.
This weekend I went camping......no electricity. Would be nice if I could listen to my zen, but it froze again. I reset it several times, but OBVIOUSLY did not have my PC with me. What to do. This is so frustrating.
