During installation of JVC USB driver/software in Windows XP, my computer displays a warning stating that JVC driver is not digitally signed, advising to stop the installation process. Why is this happening?

For my mom's JVC GC-A33 Digital Camera, she lost the driver and software CD and I need to get a new one but JVC doesn't offer it anymore! We can't get the pics off this camera as Windows won't download them (we tried everything and tried searching all over the net and even calling JVC tech support!!).
Does anyone have these drivers?? For Windows XP that is!
My fiance was actually able to find ONE location on the net but it is for Win 98 .. and won't install .. I tried that one :(

In order to use the USB interface between the camera and your computer, select the ?CONTINUE anyway? option provided in this warning display. To JVC?s knowledge, there are no negative effects to using JVC driver with Windows XP.
