Keurig Coffee Maker Elite: Coffee is showering instead of streaming into my cup and is going onto my countertop. I cannot make a cup of coffee without this happening. Thanks for any help.

Lines are plugged. Clena as per instruction in the manual. Read that portion.

Hi,The bottom needle is plugged so the coffee is running back out over the top instead of going through the bottom needle...use a paper clip to open it up...
