Try adjusting the resolution in the display properties. Adjust it to a lower setting, apply it, then adjust it back, and apply. This generally fixes it if it's a software glitch. If it doesn't, get back to me and we'll try something else.

Find the perimeter and area of a rectangle with a length of 11 yards and a width of 12 yards

the perimeter of any square sided object is 2 times the height added to 2 times the width: (2h)+(2w). The actual answer for your sizes is 46 yards given by 2 times 11 plus 2 times 12. Hope this helps.

What is the greatest perimeter that a 48 meter squared rectangle could have?

A one meter by 48 meter rectangle has an area of 48 square meters and a perimeter of 98 meters. A one centimeter by 4800 meter rectangle has the same area and a perimeter of 9600.02 meters. A one millimeter by 48,000 meter rectangle has the same area and a perimeter of 96,000.002 meters. A rectangle one micron by 48,000,000 meters has an area of 48 square meters and a perimeter of 96,000,000.000002 meters. Keep making the rectangle skinnier and skinnier without changing the area, and the perimeter keeps getting longer and longer.

Toshiba L675D, black spots

Your screen is shot or partially disconnected. A lot of laptops have the vid card to lcd connect in bracket that connects the screen to the keyboard. I have fixed many by siimply taking it apart and reconnecting the clip but the spots dont sound good. Ebay to buy one or Cl to dump it as a fixer. Either way its a waste of money to have someone fix it for you unless you do it yourself.

Hello my whole screen is broken how much will this cost to get it repaired its an LG 47 inch Tv LCD plasma thanks tadhg

It can be fixed, but the cost is high and if it were me I would spend the money on a new set instead of repairing an old one. The screen for this runs around $525.00 for a used one, up to $900.00 for a new. Then you have a shop charge of aournd $100.00 and up for the labor.

How do I change it from wide screen to regular? I have a black area above and below the picture.

You can set the picture size by remote control itself.

You can vide 480i format programmes in three picture sizes. 4:3, 16:9, and ZOOM
You can change the picture size by pressing the PICTURE SIZE button on the remote control.
4:3 Picutre size
To fill the screen, the top and bottom edges are extedted more widely, although the center of the picture remains near the former ratio.
If receiving a 4:3 programme, the image size is displayed in its originally formatted proportion.
16:9 picure size
This image displays the size of standard 16:9 with black bars at the top and bottom.
If receiving a 4:3 programme, the image is displayed with black bars at the top and bottom and stretched wider.

NOTE: If a fixed bar remains on the screen for a long period of time, the image can become parmanantly engrained in the screen and cause subtle but permanent ghost images. Never leave your TV for long periods of time while it is displaying these images.

Zoom picture size [for 16:9 formats]
The entire picture is uniformly enlarged --it is stretched the same amount both wider and taller (retains its original proportion). The right and left edges of the picture may be hidden.

Rectangular area in lower right corner of screen is blank (black)

That is caused by an expander problem within the display driver blocks situated all around the screens perimeter.I have the eqipment to replace the faulty ic but it is a workshop job and most service centres cannot remove and replace the ic succesfully as it is an extremely specialized job.
Most, unless it is under warranty, will try and sell you a new TV.
Hope that helps.
