Question about Apple iPod nano
I bought a used iPod, which had music. I added more music and sent it to him. He doesnt have a computer. He somehow managed to lock it because he was curious as to what that screen was. Now he can't get it open. How can he reset it without a computer and without knowing the code?
When connect ipod to computer, go to my computer. Click on ipod:-
-click on tools, go to folder options
-go to view tab
-check show hidden files
-a ghost like folder will apear: ipod control
-click on it and go to device
-there will be a locked file
-click and delete it
Your ipod is unlocked!!!!!!!!!!!!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
