I have an 8.5'' SmartParts digital frame model SP92 and need help to set the clock. The manual is missing. On this model there are 4 arrow buttons on the back plus two additional buttons - one above the arrows and one below. This model does NOT have a remote. Thanks for your help!

I purchased the Viewsonic VFD820 to use in an historical display case at my church. When I tried the device at home the pictures were clear and their was a smooth transition. At the church the photos were jerky and sometimes overlayed on one another plus there was sometimes a line down the middle of the screen. Is this electrical interference and if so what can I do about it.
