Gmail Tip - Searching my gmailmasseges
It is hard to search for a single mail from a batch of hundreds of thousandsof mails, but the Google's search algorithms can help you do it so instantly.
Within you Gmail account, select your folder from which you intend to searcha mail, e.g. Inbox, Sent mail, Drafts, Spam, etc.
Your Gmail search field is located at the top on the right of the logo. Withthis field you can search both email messages in your Gmail account and theweb.
Just fill in any detail you know about the email you intend to search - it couldbe a title of the mail, recipient's name or email address, a phrase or word inthe body of the mail; etc.
Just within the search field, you can click on the "show search optins". Thisgives a wide range fields to fill in if you want a very specific mail.

For example, you mayneed to search for an email sent to James(name field), with an attachment (justcheckbox), about school reunion (Subject)and sent with in June (date within)
