Tip & How-To about Refrigerators

Trouble codes and what they mean.

How many times have we bought something new and decided that we don't need the instruction manual so we throw it away. Now we need it, mostl for trouble codes and what they mean. Most trouble codes can be found on the internet but if you cant find it, give me name, model, and serial number and I will find you the answer you need. thank you hope this helps. Wally

Can the number wheel be replaced in a Casio 160 CR-B cash register? The till was bought in 2005

They don't sell parts for them. They just sell you a new printer. You have done well. These tiny cheap machines don't last a long time. They expect you to throw it in the bin and get a newer one now

I bought a brand new AIM electric kiln last fall. I did the initial burning off but have never fired with it yet. I am afraid to and even though it's band new, had never gotten a manual with it. In reality, I don't know what I am doing. Thanks, Mary

Why don't you try a simple test glazing or pot firing, something you don't care if you lose and see how it goes?

I assume it has a place to set the temperature? If so what is the problem? Just make sure the kiln is away from any flammable objects and watch the kiln while it is running (don't leave it unattended).

You should probably never run it unattended.

Hope this helps.

Hi, I have a Fujifilm digital finepix A340 and I was using a 128MB memory card; then I decided to buy a new memory card for 2GB and then the camara does not read the memory card. What do I need to do? thank you!!

I can't find mention of a maximum storage capacity for memory cards for this camera but, given that it only has a 16mb card provided then it is highly unlikely that a 2 GB card will work. I have had this problem with a Nikon camera - tried using a 4GB card when it could only handle a max of 2GB. But don't throw away the 2Gb - it might come in handy if you decide to upgrade to a digital SLR at some stage. If you do that make sure you know what cards it will take.

I have two NOMA N1507 timers. A week ago, I set them up to turn my Christmas lights. A couple days later I noticed the display on one of them had gone blank. It does not display the time, day or mode (wheather on, off, or auto). It has been turning my lights on at about 5:00 PM and off at about 10:00 PM as programed. So that is not a problem, but it's going to difficult to reprogram it without the display. Do I throw it away and buy a new one, or is there a fix. Thanks Jerry

When these timers go bad, you throw them away.

I have dozens of timers, testing for programming and wiring difficulties.
I just bought 3 woods timers. One of them was bad.

Unplugged it, tried it in different outlet, no go.
So I took it apart from and tested some of the parts.
The electronics just stopped working.

Let me add something.
You have a manual for the N1507.
That is the one manual I am missing.
Folks keep asking for the instructions.
Can you add a comment and say where you bought the N1507.
Or scan your manual in file format (.jpg) and post it on Imgur.com and then send imgur url so I have copy if manual > and then will pass along
