UNPLUG YOUR SPEAKER AND REPLACE IT WITH A HEADPHONE, IF THE SOUND IS THE SAME THEN UNINSTALL THE DEVICE [SOUND] AND REINSTALL, IF YOUR HEADPHONE SOUNDS RIGHT, THEN THE PROBLEM IS IN YOUR SPEAKER... PLEASE VOTE FOR MY POSTING

I had that problem before. I thought something was bent. Actually all you have to do is make sure the headphone are pushed all the way up on both sides.

earpice simble shown always

the headphone pin has got kicked in due to your constant headphone jack in and out need to diaasemble the piece and refit the headfone pin jack of the piece or temporarily just put your headset in and then in a sudden thrust pull it out that should do the trick of pulling out your headphone jack, thus no headset symbol and voice thru earpiece.
